Stacking Drum Pallet Racking System

This high quality stackable pallet system is flexible and expandable, enabling you to stack up to three units high, holding a maximum of six drums. Each pallet holds two 200/220 litre drums, with pallet feet measuring 127mm square. Manufactured at our Redditch-based factory to the highest quality and safety standards, the pallets are made from a strong, welded steel construction and designed to withstand regular usage in the toughest environments. Each pallet measures 890 x 1460 x 615mm (H x W x D) and is finished in a tough red epoxy coating.
A number of optional extras are available, including a Sump Container, with 250 litre capacity, formed from 3mm sheet steel, with fully welded seams, and finished in grey epoxy; Drum Rotation Sets, fitted with 4 x 65mm diameter nylon rollers, that drop into the pallet (one set per drum), finished with zinc plate; and Drum Retaining Bars for added stability when moving pallets, finished in red epoxy. A Dispenser Stand is also available that hooks onto the pallet, finished in grey epoxy. All pallets are fitted with fork locators for forklift application.
