Cylinder Lifting Trolleys

Our Cylinder Lifting Trolleys offer a versatile and efficient solution for the safe handling and movement of gas cylinders, combining the functionality of a traditional cylinder trolley with the added benefit of an integrated lifting cradle. Designed to be used with overhead lifting gear or wheeled manually into position, these trolleys are ideal for industrial environments where flexibility, safety, and reliability are essential. Manufactured to the highest standards and finished in a tough red epoxy coating for enhanced durability, all trolleys are tested to 100% overload, with a test certificate supplied for full compliance.
The single-cylinder lifting trolley is equipped with two 200mm diameter solid rubber wheels and a 50mm diameter lifting eye, along with top and bottom steel retention chains to securely hold the cylinder in place during both lifting and transport.
The two-cylinder model features enhanced stability with two large 400mm diameter rubber tyred wheels and a single 160mm diameter swivel castor mounted on a rear support frame, providing added safety and manoeuvrability. Like the single model, it is fitted with top and bottom cylinder retention chains for secure handling.
