On this range of steps, the outboard wheels are mounted on a splayed base frame, ensuring superior stability. Manufactured from heavy-gauge steel box section and bar construction, and overload tested to 200kg, the Heavy Duty steps offer total reliability and withstand many years of arduous operation. The main frame is finished in tough red epoxy, with the safety bar and hand lever mechanism in safety yellow.

Available with a choice of 3 up to 15 treads, including the platform, treads are available with a Ribbed Rubber or Expamet finish. The hand lock lever anchorage ensures that, when locked, the front feet rest firmly on the floor.
