Redhill Manufacturing is pleased to announce the appointment of Emma Walker as our new Accounts Assistant, effective 5th January 2026.
Emma joins the business with over 13 years of experience in finance and brings a strong commercial background, having previously spent 15 years in Corporate Sales within the automotive industry.
Supporting the Financial Heart of the Business
In her role as Accounts Assistant, Emma looks after all financial transactions within the business and supports the continuous improvement of our end-to-end accounting practices.
Her responsibilities include providing accounting and administrative support to the business owners across both Purchase and Sales Ledger functions. This covers processing and issuing invoices, ledger reconciliations, and credit control – ensuring the smooth and accurate running of Redhill’s finance operations.
Experience and Commercial Awareness
Qualified to AAT Level 4, Emma combines technical financial expertise with valuable commercial awareness gained from her time in automotive corporate sales. Having worked on both sides of the fence, she brings a well-rounded understanding of business operations and customer relationships.
Emma describes herself as highly organised, logical and someone who enjoys unpicking challenges and resolving problems – qualities that are vital in maintaining strong financial processes.
Looking Ahead
Emma’s goal is to help develop a smooth-running finance department that acts as the heart of the business and supports Redhill’s continued growth. Personally, she is motivated by job satisfaction and contributing to a secure and successful future for the company.
She shared this message with customers and distributors:
“I look forward to working with all our customers and am here for any queries they may have.”
Outside of Work
Emma moved to the area around 20 years ago and enjoys being just minutes from work, allowing more time with her family. She is married to Dave and has two children, Matthew and Jack, as well as a granddaughter, Mia, who turns two later this year.
In her spare time, Emma enjoys attending live music events, spending time with her family (and many animals), and is an active member of a local community choir.
We are delighted to welcome Emma to Redhill and look forward to the positive contribution she will make to our finance team and wider business.
