What is your role at Redhill?
As Managing Director, I oversee the entire business, ensuring all operations align with our strategic objectives.
What are your responsibilities?
My duties include enhancing our MRP system, programming lasers, managing supplier payments, quoting bespoke products, developing new products and streamlining existing ones, plus maintaining direct communication with our customers.
What aspects of your job do you enjoy the most?
I take great pleasure in developing innovative products, creating operational efficiencies, collaborating with our team, and continually learning new software to keep us at the forefront of the industry.
How would you describe yourself?
I consider myself laid-back and easy-going, which helps in fostering a positive work environment.

Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?
Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, watching my children participate in sports, and spending quality time with my wife.
