We’re excited to welcome a new member to our team – Joanna, who joins us as a Sales Co-ordinator. In this vital role, Joanna will be working closely with the sales team to help drive growth and strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
Joanna’s responsibilities will include organising and supporting sales activities, identifying new business opportunities and serving as a key liaison between our customers and the wider company. Whether it’s making sales calls to new prospects, managing customer accounts, or coordinating order progress, Joanna will play a crucial part in maintaining the high service standards our clients expect.
She will also handle inbound customer enquiries, respond to requests for product information, and assist with sales administration – particularly for our priority accounts.
Her attention to detail and ability to keep accurate sales records will ensure seamless communication and efficient order handling, all while contributing to a positive customer experience.
